Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Requests

• More than 30 days before the event: You may request a refund of up to 90% of the registration fee, with a small 10% processing fee deducted.
• 15 to 30 days before the event: You may request a refund of up to 50% of the registration fee.
• Less than 15 days before the event: Refunds are not available for cancellations made within this period.

2. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee up to 20 days before the event. Transfer requests must be submitted by email and approved by the organizing team.

3. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the event and do not request a cancellation before the applicable deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If the summit is cancelled by the organizer and is not rescheduled, registered attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

5. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be issued for attendee-side technical issues such as internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, software limitations, or local network disruptions.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
